Who is UCCI

Hi, I’m Julia Paolucci, creator of UCCI Consulting.

I’ve spent a career moving between worlds. My years in finance at HSBC gave me analytical discipline. Working in tech taught me how to scale fast in an international B2B environment. Entrepreneurship taught me what it really takes to start something from scratch.

In France, the UK and the US, I have personally orchestrated market expansions, product localisations, business creations and launches across these different markets. I have been a residential and commercial real estate investor for 13 years across Europe and the US.

At UCCI Consulting, we work with entrepreneurs and business owners at crucial moments: stress-testing a new idea or strategy, or moving into a new market. We are drawn to businesses built around real, in-person experiences — hospitality, arts, retail, lifestyle — products and places people actually remember.

Outside work

When I’m not working, I practise lots of physical exercise (squash, swim, yoga, dance, rinse, repeat). I believe in offline Sundays. I learn new languages, cycle around Paris, and love the ballet. I live at Bastille with my partner and often bounce between there and the south of France.
